Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your product. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. The following items are also non-returnable: promotional or sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition sets. If you have concerns about a specific product, please reach out to us for assistance before returning it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current product (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
